The training allowed professionals to acquire professional knowledge, skills and competences to create and maintain a calm and tolerant educational environment for everyone engaged through the use of educational mediation tools. By educating students to be in а position of educational mediators, children and adolescents will learn how to apply constructive methods in conflict resolution, how to apply nonviolent communication, and how to reach acceptable solutions and agreements in conflict situations.
